In partnership with Sierra Club Oregon, Oregon Wild, Interconnected Diversity, and the Latino Community Associaton, we’re hosting Action Night in our community garden and you’re invited! Join us for a FREE evening of local policy action where you'll learn about several bills and initiatives aimed at making Central Oregon a more sustainable and healthy place to live.
June's Action Night focused on transportation bills, wildlife policy, and working at the city level to evoke change. This month, we will focus on electrification as an energy source, the intersection between immigration and environmental justice, and public land sell offs currently impacting Central Oregon.
Come and go as you please, bring a friend, and enjoy the sunshine with us. We'll be writing letters to Senators, members of Congress, and City Council, with experts on hand to answer any questions you may have.
